Enforcer Flange Isolation Gasket Kit

The RAMCO® Flange Isolation Gasket Kit (FIGK) is fabricated to be used with piping flanges to provide cathodic protection & galvanic corrosion prevention of the flanges.  Each FIGK comes standard with one Isolating Gasket, one Isolation sleeve per bolt hole, two Isolation washers per bolt hole, & two backing washers per bolt hole.  The RAMCO® ENFORCER KITS are provided with a sealing element integrated into the gasket to ensure effective sealing integrity between the flanges. Our standard ENFORCER kits include a G10 gasket with Viton seal, either G-10 or Mylar Sleeves, and double G-10 insulating washers & ZPS (Zinc Plated Steel) backing washers.

Sealing Element Options: Nitrile, PTFE, EDPM, Spring Energized PTFE

Backing Washer Options: 304SS & 316SS
