Econo-Gard® PE – Flanges

The Econo-Gard® PE Safety Shield is an economical yet dependable safety shield made of polyethylene. Great attention has been paid to its design to ensure that its economic features have not been achieved at the expense of safety. The fabrication utilizes non-labor intensive heat-sealing methods.

Chemical Use: Low concentration of chemicals at low temperatures

Characteristics

• Suitable for temperatures up to 140°F (60°C)
• Pressures of 300 psi Mullen burst strength (21 bar) or lower
• Six-layer protection; 3-ply lamination with an inner core of non-woven spun cloth interfaced between two sheets of PE
