Alpha Flange Isolation Gasket Kit

The RAMCO® ALPHA Flange Isolation Gasket Kit (FIGK) is fabricated to be used with piping flanges to provide cathodic & galvanic corrosion protection of the flanges. The ALPHA Flange Isolation Kits come standard with one N-Phenolic Isolating Gasket, one Mylar Isolation sleeve/bolt hole or two Integral Minlon Sleeves/bolt hole, & two ZPS backing washers/bolt hole & for Mylar sleeves there will be two phenolic isolating washers/bolt hole.

Other available variations include:
Gasket/Retainer: Plain Phenolic, 100% PTFE
Sleeve Material Options: Phenolic, G11, & Nomex
Isolating Washers: Phenolic, Minlon(One piece sleeve and washer), PTFE
Backing Washer Options: 304SS & 316SS
