Flange Isolation Gasket Kits (FIGK)

The RAMCO® Flange Isolation Gasket Kit (FIGK) is designed to be used on piping flanges & systems to provide cathodic protection, assist in the prevention of galvanic corrosion between the flanges, & Isolate any current in the piping system from continuing down the line.

Manufactured to ANSI B16.5 standards, Flange Isolation Gasket Kits are available in various materials to meet application requirements. Products are available in sizes from 1/2″ thru 144″ or equivalent international sizes. We also manufacture to meet other standards such as AWWA, MSS SP44, API605, DIN and JIS.

Kits are manufactured for all styles including Type D (RTJ Ring Joint), Type E (Full Face), and Type F (Raised Face). All kits include 1 gasket, 1 sleeve, 2 washers and 2 backing washers per bolt hole.

Chemical Use:
Deliver a reliable sealing solution for a wide range of applications including water, gas, oil, chemical and steam.

Characteristics:

Provide Cathodic Protection to prevent flow of static electricity along the pipeline.
Prevent Galvanic corrosion from the interaction of dissimilar metals
