U-Bolts

RAMCOTE polyolefin coated U-Bolts are an excellent choice for preventing corrosion and damage caused to piping systems by metal to metal contact, vibration and lateral movement. The RAMCOTE system helps to prevent premature failure of piping systems, ultimately reducing maintenance cost.

Available in: Galvanized, Stainless Steel or PTFE coated, sizes 1/2″ – 36″, standard with 4 nuts and a rubber support pad. Optional half or full round thermoplastic support pad.

Flange Protectors

RAMCO Flange Protectors are designed to prevent corrosion and the “bridging” of material across cathodically protected flanges. Our flange protectors are manufactured standard with a grease fitting to inject grease into the annular space of the flange to keep them moist and prevent corrosion. Fabricated from 316SS with a neoprene liner, these products are ideal for application in high salt environments within the marine and oil & gas industry. RAMCO flange protectors are available for ½” to 60” flanges and widths between 2” and 3 ½”.

Thermal Insulation

Thermal Insulation is designed to maintain process temperature and protect employees from contact with high temperature lines. Our design is removable and reusable to eliminate the time and expense of installation or replacement when access is needed. We can cover your entire piping system or just sections that you need regular access to. High temperature designs with wire reinforcement are also available.
